Zero Tolerance Policy

Mango Cabs has a strict zero tolerance policy for the following. Violations are grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the network:

xRude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward passengers
xDriving under the influence of alcohol or any substance
xOvercharging, route manipulation, or fare disputes
xRepeated infractions or failure to meet standards after warnings

All decisions are at the sole discretion of Mango Cabs management.
